GLOW is the Wolverine stack plus a third peptide: the copper peptide GHK-Cu. The name reflects GHK-Cu's research in skin and collagen models.
Here is what each component is, what the studies cover, and what is still unknown. Research use only. Not for human consumption.
What is in the vial
10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 50 mg GHK-Cu (70 mg total peptide). Once reconstituted the solution is light blue because of the copper in GHK-Cu.
What GHK-Cu adds
Emerging research
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma, with levels that fall with age. It is the best-studied of the three in people, mainly in topical skin and cosmetic research on collagen, firmness and fine lines.
Most of that human data is topical and small-scale. Data on other routes is largely from cells and animals.
Research areas by component
- BPC-157: animal tendon, muscle and gut models (preclinical)
- TB-500: cell migration and wound closure models (preclinical)
- GHK-Cu: collagen production, skin remodelling, gene-expression studies (emerging, partly human topical)
What can realistically be expected
Unproven claim
There are no human trials on GLOW as a combination. Claims about skin glow, hair or healing from the blend are anecdotal. The practical benefit is convenience and price: €139 for three peptides in one vial, cheaper than the three singles.
Handling
Established evidence
Keep in the carton at 2–8 °C, as copper peptides are light-sensitive. A clear blue solution is expected; cloudiness or a colour change means the vial should not be used. Use the calculator with 70 mg total content.
