You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, as set out in Condiciones de venta.

How to start a return

1. Email [EMAIL] with your order number and the items concerned within the 14-day window.
2. We reply with a return reference and the return address in Marbella.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of that notice, in their original packaging with seals intact.

What cannot be returned

Sealed vials and sterile supplies that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health-protection and hygiene reasons, in line with Spanish and EU consumer law. Items damaged by improper storage after delivery are likewise excluded.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return, using the same payment method you used. Return postage is at your expense unless the item was faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We cover the return cost and either ship a replacement from the next available batch or refund in full — your choice. The statutory three-year conformity guarantee applies in addition to the withdrawal right.

Cold-chain note

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, keep any item you intend to return at 2–8°C until it is collected. A vial that has lost its cold chain cannot be resold and may not qualify for a full refund.
