These conditions govern every purchase made on KUULPEPS.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products and permitted use

All items are research compounds and laboratory supplies supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis or therapy. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the products will be used solely in a research context, and that you are responsible for compliance with the rules applying to your activity and country.

3. Orders and contract formation

The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where a price or description contains an obvious error, or where the intended use appears to breach clause 2.

4. Prices, IVA and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include Spanish IVA at 21% where applicable; the tax amount is itemised in the cart, at checkout and on your invoice. Shipping is charged as a separate line and is free on orders of €150 or more after discounts. Payment is taken by our payment provider; card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched within 24 working hours from Marbella, cold-packed where the product requires it. Delivery times and carriers are set out in Envíos. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to [EMAIL] before the deadline expires. You then have 14 days to return the goods; we refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.

The right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods that were made to order. Return handling, condition requirements and the address are set out in Devoluciones.

7. Legal conformity guarantee

Goods benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee of three years from delivery under Spanish consumer law. Report any lack of conformity to [EMAIL] with your order number.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not permit such limitation. We accept no liability for use of the products outside the research context described in clause 2.

9. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

Complaints can be sent to [EMAIL]. These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
