- What does 'research use only' mean?
- Every product sold by KUULPEPS.com is supplied strictly for laboratory research. It is not a medicine, supplement or food, and it is not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic use. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser using the material in a controlled research setting.
- How is purity tested?
- Each lot is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity before release. The batch record — lot number, assay result, method and test date — is available on our quality page and ships with the order.
- Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
- Orders leave our Marbella facility within 24 hours on business days. Spain typically arrives in 1–2 working days and the rest of the EU in 2–5 working days, insulated for cold chain where required.
- Is shipping free?
- EU shipping is free on orders over €150. Below that a flat carrier fee is shown in the cart before you confirm.
- How should lyophilised peptides be stored?
- Keep sealed lyophilised vials at 2–8°C away from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the window stated on the product page.
- What do I reconstitute with?
- Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the standard diluent for lyophilised research peptides. We stock 3ml vials, and the recommended volume is listed on each product page.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Checkout captures your order and issues an invoice with payment instructions. Card payment is being enabled and will appear at checkout as soon as the payment provider is live.
- Can I return an order?
- Yes — unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU right of withdrawal. Unsealed research materials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Full details are on our returns page.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices shown include Spanish IVA at 21%. The VAT amount is itemised in the cart and on your invoice.
