Every order leaves our facility in Marbella, Málaga. Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are dispatched within 24 working hours.

Costs

• Standard EU tracked delivery: €9.90.
• Free on orders of €150 or more, calculated after any discount code.
• All prices include Spanish IVA where applicable.

Delivery times

• Spain (peninsula): 1–2 working days.
• Rest of the EU: 2–5 working days.
• Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–7 working days; local duties may apply.

Times start from dispatch, not from order placement, and exclude carrier delays outside our control.

Cold chain and packing

Lyophilised vials are stored at 2–8°C and shipped in insulated packaging with a cold pack where the product and destination require it. Vials travel in a moulded insert with tamper-evident seals, and the batch documentation for the lot you received travels with the parcel.

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed when the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not moved for two working days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Report damage within 48 hours with photographs of the outer box, the insert and the vials, and we will replace the affected items or refund them. See Devoluciones for the full procedure.
