The three components
Each component is a separately characterised peptide with its own published research literature. In a blend, each one still needs its own identity and content figure on the certificate.
- BPC-157 — a synthetic pentadecapeptide sequence studied in preclinical literature
- TB-500 — a synthetic fragment related to thymosin beta-4
- GHK-Cu — a copper-binding tripeptide, the blue-tinted component once in solution
Verifying a blend
A single purity percentage for a three-component vial tells you almost nothing. Ask for per-component content in milligrams and identity confirmation for each sequence, plus the total peptide mass in the vial.
GHK-Cu gives you one useful visual cue: reconstituted solution should be clear blue. Shifts toward green, brown or colourless, or any persistent cloudiness, mean the vial should not be relied on for work.
Storage
Established evidence
Store the lyophilised blend at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Refrigerate after reconstitution, do not freeze, and date the vial. Copper-peptide solutions are particularly light-sensitive, so keep them in the original carton.
